   To get it out of the way, no this is not the keyboard for an open office space. It would be too loud & distracting for those around you. With the help of YouTube changing the switches to sound reducing switches (MAY) help reduce this. I’m no expert, just a satisfied customer.

   I fell in love with this keyboard and have been using it to help with productivity and of course, the vibes. However, when some of the keys stopped functioning (not registering/entered multiple keys instead of the one typed) I cleaned it up and verified it was a malfunction. When I messaged customer service directly from my order, someone replied very quickly. Asked for a few pics, and then shipped me a new keyboard and it came LITERALLY the next day. I do live in a city so might be multiple days for more rural/distant locations. But I really wanted to share that even if you run into an issue down the line, this keyboard and company will help you! From my enjoyment of the actual product to the very caring service I got, I say this is one of the better investments you can make for yourself. 10/10 across the board.
