These are really pretty. There are no instructions as to how long to charge for the first time. One of my moons stayed lit for almost 10 hrs the first night (i was so impresssed) but now only stays on for mb 3 (its getting returned). The other one, not sure if I’m keeping, stays on for mb 4. Not even close to the 8 they say on the box. If you only want them to be lit short term then they are def pretty but i wanted the 8 hrs for lighting a dim room during the day.
